This book has sold in Italy, Brisbane, Australia; Tasmania, Australia; Canada, New York, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Idaho, and New Jersey (just to name a few interesting locations). I'm especially excited about the international sales to Italy and Australia. I find it simply amazing that someone in Tasmania found this book and purchased it. I'm not even sure how that happens, but it's exciting nonetheless.
